Refund policy

At Ecospin™, we’re committed to making laundry clean, easy, and stress-free. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our portable washer or dryer, we’re here to help. 

1. Eligibility & Timeframe 

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. 

  • For customers in the European Union exercising the right of withdrawal, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (provided the item is unused and in original packaging). 

2. Conditions for Return 
To be eligible the item must: 

  • Be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, tags and packaging intact. 

  • Not have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery. 

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt). 

3. How to Start the Process (Step-by-Step) 

  1. Email us at contact@ecospin.co with: 

  • Your order number 

  • Item name/model 

  • Reason for return 

  • Clear photo of the item and packaging (if applicable) 

  1. Within 2 business days, we will contact you with: 

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number 

  • Instructions and shipping address 

  • Whether a prepaid return label is available or if you must cover return shipping 

  1. Pack the item securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back within 7 days of authorization. 

  1. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. 

  1. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping? 

  • Returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors (wrong item/defective) will be covered by Ecospin™. 

  • Returns for other reasons (changed mind, wrong size, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility for return shipping. 

  • International customers may be responsible for customs/ import fees. 

5. Exchanges 

  • We do not offer direct “swap” exchanges. To exchange, please return the original item (per steps above) and place a separate new order. 

  • If you choose to place a new order before your original return is approved, we recommend waiting for your refund before purchasing again. 

6. Defective or Damaged Items 

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. 

  • If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and your order number. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost. 

7. Non-Returnable Items 

  • Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts/accessories. 

  • Sale items, gift cards, and/or items marked “non-returnable” at purchase. 

  • Accessory-only items (if specified non-returnable) or items without original packaging. 

8. Refunds 

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. 

  • It may take your card issuer or bank several business days to post the refund. 

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified of approval and you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@ecospin.co. 

9. Additional Notes 

  • We recommend you retain proof of shipping (tracking number) until your return is completed. 

  • For international returns, customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if eligibility criteria are not met.
